Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times however we use reputable delivery companies.
Orders are usually delivered between 3 to 10 business days, depending on where you live. We ship from Melbourne, Australia.
During the checkout process, you will be provided options for faster delivery at an additional cost.
If you order a large or heavy item and live in the greater Melbourne region, we may decide to deliver the item directly to you ourselves.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
We fully insure all of our items, from the smallest item to the largest. Please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions page for information on what to do in the event that you receive a damaged item or if an item is missing from your order.
We may ship large or heavy items via a courier service such as TNT or DHL on a wooden pallet. These shipments can take a little longer for us to prepare and may also take some additional time to be delivered as opposed to normal items.
Pallet orders can take up to 14 days however are generally delivered within 7 days, depending on the location. Please note that the courier service will require to schedule a delivery with you and they will contact you directly.

We ship to most countries that are serviced by TNT and DHL and Australia Post. Please not that there is a fee for International shipping, no matter the value. You will need to contact us via the contact us page or via email so that we can arrange the cheapest international freight delivery price.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in your country including VAT or GST. Note that we are not responsible for any of these charges.
Please note however that the prices on our website will be reduced by 10% as international customers are not liable for GST in Australia.
You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your order has shipped which will include a tracking number. You may need to allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
